I was wondering if the magical pie is permanent or last for like 24 hours. Does the pie wear is my main question.

Uh.... the magical pie speeds up your pet's growth so that they grow up faster. It's permanent.

a magical pie add 144 points to your adolescent progress witch is equivalent to 6 days of waiting, once a pet receave a pie you have to wait 72 hours before you can give another one to them. The points added are permanants.
