During one of the Esior's Haven raids, i saw a lot of broken imaged Bulabori pets. i missed a lot of them, but did managed to catch one. It still has a broken image (See Stable 1, Tab 1, Slot 25). i can't click on it to get the pet page to load. Also the level up icon (the plus sign) is dropped under the box. i'm super curious about this pet now! hehe

Try doing a hard refresh...CTRL F5 a few times and see if that fixes it.
