I accepted the trade of confetti in the trades, and it's not showing up in my inventory or wardrobe. Why??

It wouldn't show up in your Wardrobe unless you used it from your Inventory.

Did you use it from your Inventory? Or did it never appear in your Inventory? Did you thoroughly check your Inventory to make sure it's not in there?

I only have 10 things or so in my inventory. It didn't show up.

According the Database, you accepted the trade, consumed the item, and it's unlocked in your Wardrobe.
