It seems it is saying that no chest will appear at daytime but, when the moon rises, a chest will appear and within that chest, Bashkabas' treasure, his sacred sword, is hidden within gold and jewels.

As the sky begins to darken, the bricks beneath that picture-message begins to glow faintly, the light growing stronger every minute. When the moon's round face appears in a sea of black, a harsh scraping sound fills the air, coming from the glowing bricks. Something heavy tumbles out and clunks onto the ground.

It's a chest, missing it's lock that's so heavy you drop it and out tumbles mounds of shiny gold coins, sparkling gemstones, silver goblets, and all sorts of strange objects.

I gape at the riches for a moment before beginning to scoop them back into the chest, hoping to find a safe place to hold them.
