(I'm not trying to discourage you!!)
I suggest trying making a more "easier" project that don't require restricted traits and is a 6-vis.
To my knowledge, the dryad headdress trait is very new and difficult to get (if you want the essence of it) and for the spring blossom, you either can find a faelora that's up for breeding (On the advance search.) or buy the spring blossom disrupter (which you can buy only at the black friday sale or at the spring event).
Maybe get used to this game first, then start a project, BUT that's up for you to decide~~
