there is a small town in california called crystal town it has a population of 1,335 people all of whom are fishers and their families there has been many sightings of strange people and the government visiting anyone who claims to seen these people the strange humans have un human actions and and have eyes that range from bright blue to icy blue they have un human strength and when they meet saltwater they turn into mermaid like creatures with un human senses and a killer instinct but now the government is trying to kill them because they were the ones to brought these strange people to land by testing a new sonar weapon
