how do i get snares or traps

you buy them from the merchant or from one of the town shop

edit : or you can get 3 free trap a day if you encounter a themmed

i got 5 lesser snares and foung a SUN KISSED SYLVORPA and could not catch it :(

Lesser trap are useless you can only catch pets with upward of 1 carry with those witch is unsuficient to catch themmed pets, use standar or strong traps instead. If you found yourself neading an emergency one there are the masterfull ones that are tradeable but they range between 800 k to 1M by trap so the pet you want to use it on have to be worth it (any tagged nephilini, any tagged ferrikki or any legendary/ mythical themmed usualy fit that description) ^-^

bought from esior's haven, Sanctuary of saerielle, Ethernia, Fest Zone Merchants,
catches common, uncommon

standard snare: cost 5000 gold
bought from Sanctuary of saerielle, Ethernia, Fest Zone Merchants,
catches common, uncommon, rare

strong snare: cost 7500gold
bought from Ethernia, Fest Zone Merchants, can be obtained via the daily 'encounter a fest themed' task during fests
catches common, uncommon, rare, epic

master snare: 500diamonds from diamond shop, usually 600,000 gold+ on broker if there
bought from Diamond Shop, Trade Broker, can be obtained via the 'catch 50 fest themed' task during fests
catches any rarity


So if you need traps, of higher rarity, the merchants in the fest zone (one is right near the entrance, one is next to the house in the second section (other side of the cave) can supply you with green/blue/purple traps

i found another sun kissed vorpa aaand i fricking fled and i thought i caught it until i looked at the little text box the said the sunkissed sylvorpa fled

yes, pets from any zones asside from the lost grove have a chance to fleed when using a trap, to increass your chance to catch the pet make sure to weaken it first then throw a trap.
