I have a lot of enchanted waters, how do I use them? I went to my inventory and clicked on them, but I can't click the button that says use item. I have tried to split it, but it still did not work. How do I use it?

you nead to go to the collective garden located in the festival zone and interact directly on a flower, adding water to it will increasss it's purcentage and once at 100% an event for spring blosom pets will start. ^-^
