How do I find out which one is the real aryth and which ones are the mirrors?

It's random, so no, you really can't figure out until you defeat one of them. If you've defeated the right Aryth, then the battle will end.

When I fought Aryth, I defeated the two mirrors first.

My team was so OP that it was a piece of cake.
