I got this idea from Penami, who got it from Animallover.
If you are:
- Low on gold,
- Looking for something to do that will earn you items/ gold quickly,
- Bored,
- Or something else,
Then you are reading your solution! Since I dont have much time and would like a lot of stuff done, Ive decided to hire people to help do some of my jobs. Three jobs max per person, there are some voluntary jobs that will occasionally earn you something.
Jobs earn you points, points system here.
Jobs:
Nurturing--
Nurture ALL the pets in my hatchery, earns you one point. There are only about 2-3 pets in my hatchery at the moment, points will increase when I have more pets.
Salesperson--
Help sell my pets, earns you 5 points per pet sold. Pets will be PMd to you once you accept the job.
Pet Designer--
Design the dishwater pets that are dominating my hatchery! I dont want to release them as almost all of them are 3-6vis. Provided that I like the design and I am *allowed* to use it, you will get 8 points. Pets will be PMd to you once you accept the job.
Scavenger/ Donator--
Scavenge/ donate the items I am looking for. Points will differ according to the value of the item. (You can find the items here, they are posted on the wishlist section.)
Pet Keeper--
This job probably is the most high paying/ attention demanding job. I am constantly in need of stable space, but dont have the necessities for another stable/ tab. People with this job must ALWAYS have an empty tab available. You have to feed my pets about every 3-5 days. This will earn you 10 points from keeping at least 2 pets in your available tab for 2 days. You CANNOT breed with (not that youd what to, they are in need of SEVERE DYEING) them, unless you have permission.
Leveller--
I need some mission pets, but I don't have the time. 4 points per level, tell me in the form how many pets you can take at once.
Voluntary Jobs: These jobs are for people who do not have much time, but would like to occasionally earn some gold.
Bumper--
Bump this thread once it falls off the first page. If you are a regular bumper, you are more likely to get my attention for a prize.
Pinger--
This actually depends on how many people you ping, and how often. Like above, you are more likely to get a prize if you ping regularly. Please keep pings to one post.

Points system
Instead of dishing out gold as payment for doing the jobs, I use points to keep track of your help. Points can be used to buy the satchels below, exchanged for pets, or gold. One point is probably worth 50g, I will count points every Wednesday and ask if you would like to claim the gold. I might not have enough to pay the gold, Ill need some time. You can buy satchels anytime.

Satchels Some of the items are untradeable so you might need to sell the pet to me for 1g, then when Ive used the potion/ elixir on the pet, Ill sell it back to you. Themed pets will sometimes randomly appear in satchels, the harder the satchel is to get the more chance there will be a pet.
Lesser Satchel: 20 points/ 1000g
Might contain Lesser Restore Potions, Weak Restore Elixirs, Lesser Restore Elixers, Fairy Mushrooms, Common Equipment, etc. Has a 80% chance of containing nothing.
Standard Satchel: 50 points/ 2500g
Might contain Standard Restore Potions, Standard Restore Elixers, Standard Restore Potions, Fairy Mushrooms, Uncommon Equipment, etc. Has a 50% chance of containing nothing.
Greater Satchel: 100 points/ 5000g
Might contain philters, Rare Equipment, etc. Has a 20% chance of containing nothing.
Exceptional Satchel: 500 points/ 10,000g
Might contain experience orbs, Revival Draughts, Badges, Epic Equipment, etc. Has a 10% chance of containing nothing.
Rare Satchel: 1000 points/ 50,000g
Might contain essences, Pet dyes, Genetic mutators (rare), Legendary Equipment, etc. Has a 5% chance of containing nothing.

2-3 hours every weekday a lot more on weekends
Leveler, seller, nurturer, keeper, maybe designer(If so, prob sometimes a few days later, might not) I'll take as many pets as you want at a time, but I prob can only raise to, like, less than 20rlly quickly, higher need some more time the give them in pairs please
