The king in the forgotten tomb will not die...he made all my three party pets unconcious but he still had like 75% health left...what should i do ?
Is it because of my pets' levels, proficiencies or equip? or something else?

You have to activate the seals.
You need at least 200 in a certain stat, not counting equips.
Alacrity=Agility
Courage= Strength
Cunning=Dexterity
Perception=Intelligence
Activating the seals will make Desius weaker.

Also, update your pet's equipment. You need level 45 gear, since they deliver more bonuses than lower level gear. Finish equipping Esmeralda with Arcanist or Evoker gear, and battling with her should be easier.

Using lesser enemies to build up your mana before the boss fight even starts is also not the worst idea so you can roll out powerful skills right away.
Also, if you get to the door and the writing is not glowing, it means some of the seals aren't activated. Backtracking at the door will allow you to go back to any seals you missed.
