so I just bought two snowy luporas and I was gonna breed them. but the male snowy lupora isnt' showing up. I retarted my computer twice and logged out twice and it isnt' working

If you look at the genetics section on Ruthless, he has this symbol, which means he's been made infertile by someone who owned him previously.
While it isn't typical for 3v non-max stat pets to be made infertile, it seems he is a project pet of some variety (whether completed or breedject- judging by his parents' names, I assume completed), and project pets are often made infertile before being sold.
So basically he isn't showing up because he cannot breed.
