Is there a way for her to fix it?

She can probably PM or ping Krinadon with the traits she intended to give it (I'd assume the pm should include a link to the pet, an explanation that "it's the starter and these are the traits/colours that were accidentally not added")- for starter pets, Krinadon is generally willing to fix it when he has time, since obviously when making the starter mistakes can happen due to people not understanding how it works.
