The stable hand took 100 Dias from me when I signed the contract. How? Dont they only take gold? She took both instead, which I didnt know would happen.

Only a few options cost Only Gold - anything above I think the two week mark also costs diamonds.
It should tell you that it'll take both Gold and Diamonds where it tells you how much gold it'll cost to sign up for that amount of time.
