You may want to recheck pricing on the market, 2000g (2k) is the average price for 1 diamond and while it is possible to buy pieces of ticket (lowest at 70k on the broker) you cannot buy/sell fully made tickets you would nead to buy 10 of them.

If it isn't possible to do that for you at the moment, it dosn't mean that you cant participate at the event, just that you will nead to finish until the sweet blosom orchard to get access to most of the task on that event task log or use the guide to making gold (that can help alot). ^-^
