Thunder clapped overhead. A bolt of lightning flashed, illuminating dark shapes in the forest.
"Are you sure this is safe?" Libby yelped.
Dynton laughed, "Nothings safe when you're in the top adventuring group!"
Suddenly, the sky cracked open revealing a blue portal. "Come on!" Dynton ordered.
The adventurers reluctantly followed.
Suddenly, a group of people surrounded the group, and arrows flew.
Libby lunged into a bush, stumbling into the fading portal.
Then the portal disappeared.

A hand grips you on the shoulder. You turn to find a dirty, blonde-haired girl staring at you. "You have to help me! My friends are in trouble!"
"Help you with what?" you ask.
"I'm Libby," the girl says. Then she explains what happened the night before.
"What were you doing?" you ask Libby.
"We were trying to get to the Lost Island," Libby explains. "Apparently there's something in there that can save the world from the destruction that's coming."
You agree to help Libby with her quest. Libby asks you if you can find anyone else willing to help her. She says, "You have to have at least twelve people to open the portal.
"Okay!" You say.

You sink down onto the floor. "Ugh. I'm sorry. This was WAY harder than I thought it would be," you groan.
Libby looks at you, her eyes sparkling with concern. "What?"
"I could only find two people!" you blurt out.
Libby frowns. "Okay, that is bad. But it's not as bad as you think it is! We can still go through a minor portal! It takes us to the same place!"
You glance up skeptically, "And why didn't you tell me this before?"
Libby looks down, "It doesn't lead to the Lost Island, but I think it might hold clues about the Lost Island."
You let the idea settle into your head. Libby would have told you about this before unless...
"What's the dangerous part of this?" you ask.
Libby looks away. "The Isles of Dyrn also holds many things that can kill you in an instant."
Libby pauses before looking back at you, "Do you want to do it?"

"It's worth a shot," I say.

Libby leads you outside of the town to a small clearing. Then she glances at you, "Are you sure you want to do this?"
You nod forcefully, "Yes."
Libby smiles weakly as she spreads her arms apart. The sky cracks open revealing a huge portal.
"H-how?" you stutter.
Libby looks over her shoulder. "I'm a descendent of the Isles." Then Libby jumps into the portal.
You leap in after her, wondering what she meant.
The portal leads to another clearing, surrounded by trees. You look over and see Libby, looking ready to attack a tree.
"Wha-" you start.
Libby clasps her hand over your mouth. "Be quiet!" she hisses.
You stop talking and listen. A rustling sound comes from behind a tree.
Suddenly, a dark pink Qitari bursts out from the trees.
Libby reaches out and grabs it, swinging it onto the ground. Then Libby talks to it in some sort of weird language. You stare at Libby, but she doesn't seem to notice.
Finally, Libby asks, "So, you want this pet or not? Don't worry, Daphne's tame."

(Hey! I just want to say that I'm on mobile, and I will be until next Monday, so I won't be responding to any of my RP's. I'm on spring break and I want to spend most of the time with my family. I will be getting online, but mostly just to check up on things, Thanks!)
