Hi, can someone tell me why an egg would be a lvl 1 already at only 1 day old eggling?

If I understand it correctly, egglings/hatchlings can start with exp/levels if one or both of their parents have a high level, though I cannot give more specifics than that.

interesting... ive bred high lvl pets before and that has never happen. only one parent has any lvl, shes a lvl 23... interesting =) thanks.

Some of the xp is passed down, it's a fun concept but it dosn't realy do anything in the end unfortunately. The maximum level an hatcheling can hatch with is 5.
