I'm sure this has to be somewhere, but I can't find anything.
Does anyone happen to know how many times you have to use a certain move for it to increase by 1%?
I've found that level 70 moves take 5 times to increase by 1%, but I haven't been able to figure out the other moves.
If anyone happens to know it'd be very much appreciated!

That might be understandable if you were looking for "proficiency levels"- what you're looking for is ability/attack ranks.
There's someone's research typed up on the subject here
