Sorry if this has been asked before, i looked through the threads but there are just so many of them :(

Anyway, can someone tell me how maturity works in this game? how long for each leave of maturity. i have some teens who genetics are 100% and some adults who genetics are less then 100..

is there a guide to these if someone could point me in the right direction id appreciate it.
