I would like to purchase you hearts for 10k each. At the bottom of your inventory tab, there a bunch of little icons. The second to last one is an envelope with an arrow. Select the candy heart, click that and then you can enter my username and the price to sell it to me

They can be sold on the trade broker. If you click on the item (heart) in your inventory, it will allow you to click the 'broker item' button. Once there you can price as you see fit. It will also display information on the item, including the lowest price currently on the broker.
