I was writing a post to a thread a few minutes ago, and I tried to make some words bold. I expected this:

Hello!

I got this:

Hello!Hello!Hello!


This only happened when I selected the word, then tried to surround it in bold. If I pressed the bold button first and then inserted a word in it, I didn't have any problems.

Sounds like maybe a browser issue with the script.

I'd suggest:

-Disabling any addons/extensions that may be tampering with the page.
-Clear your browser cache.
-Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

I had to update my computer, deal with the stress of the whole setup changing, cry, come back later to find it somehow fixed itself, update it again because apparently it didn't update correctly, pray it didn't change the setup, glorify God as it stayed roughly the same but just a bit cleaner, then I was able to update the web browser and fix this text modifier problem.
