Hello! I just used an unlearning philter on my griffi to keep her at level 59 then checked her profile page which did show the crossed out xp symbol. After that, I philtered another pet and fed it and another some orbs then went to battle in Sweet Blossom Orchard. After the first battle, I received notice that my griffi had gained a level. She is still showing that a philter has been placed to prevent that. Screenshots

The XP Philter should 100% prevent the earning of additional Experience. However, I think in very very rare circumstances, a Pet can 100%+ XP and sit at that and then the very next battle you do, regardless of whether it earns XP or not, the code will check if its Current XP is >= the required amount for that level.

I also want to say that Profile Views can add XP but not trigger a Level Up.

Was your Griffi very close to 100% XP when you philtered it? That would be my best guess.


I can go ahead and set it back to Level 59 if you'd like though.

I was thinking that, as I know that pets who have reached the level cap, at least in the past (I don't battle as much now) would have excessive experience, but she was under the level cap so I really doubt that she did have more than she should have, however, I had already closed the extra window before going into the battle and as a result, I am not 100% sure if this ended up being the case or not. I would really appreciate it if you could reset her back to 59 and thank you!

I went ahead and set her back to Level 59. You will have to reallocate her Element/Proficiency Points.
