Since they start out as Adolescent, will they just become Adult in about 10 days? I'm very impatient when it comes to breeding pets, so I would like to know the exact amount of days.

pets made via the generator start out at the start of adolescence, maturity-hour-wise.

The Adolescence stage starts at 216 maturity hours and lasts until they hit 648- that is, so it takes them 18 days / 432 hours to reach adulthood (unless given magical pie, which adds 144 hours.)
