Has anyone else been getting this?? Where you'll, like, click a user's name in region chat to open their profile in a new tab, and you get a 504 error?
I don't know for sure that it's a 504 error because I haven't gotten a script error page or whatever it is, but it looks like one and takes as long as one. Talks like a duck, walks like a duck, you know? Idk, but it breaks Sylestia for me for at least a few minutes straight (every other site works in the meantime), and I have only seen it happening with that specific scenario I mentioned.

Very strange. Clicking on a Username is chat is just a simple link to the player's profile page. There isn't any scripting or anything involved.
I assume you have no issue visiting player profiles organically? Or visiting player profiles from any method causes this?

Not that I've noticed - I'm not as active as I once was, but yesterday I was in chat for a bit and we were talking about account ages and it happened twice or something, and it had happened before with the same scenario of popping out a user's profile from region chat.

Is what youre experiencing like.... a lag of a few minutes where nothing on the site will load?

Yes. I've had many issues with 504 errors in the past, but Krin fixed those areas. This seems almost exactly /like/ a 504 error, but as I said, I have no idea whether it is or not.

Ive been experiencing similar. But.... theyre not consistent. Mainly Ive been getting them sometimes when so try to remove an item from my avatar in the wardrobe.

I don't use the wardrobe much, but that used to happen to me when I would change pages in it about a month ago - I don't know if it still does that.

It still does. It just happened to me today when I tried to change items too quickly.
