I do not know if other players are having this same issue or not but I cannot get makeup to show up on my avatar. I also cannot get tattoos to show up on my avatar..

I have all the makeups unlocked and all the tattoos unlocked.. When I click on one to see it on my avatar nothing shows on my avatar.

I just went and played around with some different outfits and found out what the problem is.. Makeup and Tattoos are not working with any of the new outfits from the Festival zone, Festival shop, or advent calendar.

I'm not entirely sure what this issue would be as they are working fine for me.

Can you give me a specific URL where you are experiencing this? I am wondering if it's potentially a caching issue or something.

I have the new Viking Marauder outfit (Artic) (Held, Outfit, and Head) on and I still cannot get tattoo or makeup to work with it. I did clear my cache and I still cannot get it to work together..

In the URL you copy pasted directly, it has no Makeup selected. Here it is w/ the face tattoo selected:



So it's not an image issue. But that doesn't mean there isn't a Wardrobe issue at play.

For some reason I am not able to select any type of makeup at all.. Also I have noticed that Changing the lipstick color and eye shadow color do not change for me at all anymore.. I don't know what is going on..

Hm. I have no idea. I don't think it's a site issue b/c I can load your avatar into my wardrobe and alter things just fine.

Can you try two different things?

1. Take one of your colors and alter it a bit. You can just change it very subtly - just enough so that the actual Hex Code changes. This will ensure that it's a brand new image and not one already cached on the server or your client.

2. Clear your browser cache and make sure that you do not have any addons potentially tampering w/ the page. This will make sure that there isn't some sort of local script/caching errors causing issues.


Let me know if it's still not behaving properly after doing the above.

I took off everything I had on and picked a different outfit.. Then I changed the colors and still I cannot get the eye shadow or lipstick to show up.. I don't know anything about add ons, so I do not believe I have any on.. I also cleared my cache again and still not right.. I don't know what the issue is either and Im about to say the heck with it and I will just deal with it they way it is now..

Are you able to select the makeups in the Wardrobe itself? Like, does it look like this?



If so, then is the issue that when you go to save, it doesn't save?

Or is the issue that you can't even get it to show up in the Wardrobe at all?

When I go to select makeup it will not show up for me at all.
