What are these Frost tokes for? Where?

In, hopefully, a few hours, there will be a festival opening up. You can use the frost tokens in the festival shop and potentially for other things in the festival.

(this is my first winter fest, so not sure what all can be bought with tokens, but other fests, there were boxes forgrowing pets you could buy and stuff in the festival shop)
