so a bit ago I went to go and check something relating to the pets I've released, and for some reason there are four pets that the system thinks I have released... which I definitely didn't. I'm pretty sure I never owned any of them, in fact.
It isn't something that affects us in any way, it's just... really weird?

The first time I ever released a pet was only a few months ago, and all of them have been 1st gen themeds that were cluttering up our sales stable.

Going by the fact that the four I don't recognise were supposedly caught 2014/15, and would have had to have been released prior to my obtaining the exceptional test kit in 2017 (when I would have had no need nor inclination to release anything) it just seems kind of strange
(I also have no image record of those pets, which is fairly notable to me considering the amount of that that I do)

And for other reasons
This sylvorpa, going by the time of Taming, would almost seem to be the 'obtain a mate for your starter' pet ... except (aside from the whole lv0 thing) I remember perfectly fine that I chose not to capture that pet (and I would have swear it was uglier than that)- the very first pet I ever caught was Agraciado, who I obtained some two hours after this sylvorpa came into existence. He hasn't moved from his spot in the second stall in the first tab of my first stable since I caught him.
To the lv0 thing, "Maybe you got it as an eggling"? Nope, because I still own every single one of the pets I obtained as egglings in the early game (with Little Lady being the first one I ever got (roughly an hour before that sylvorpa was supposedly obtained, in fact)- I even still have all the kinda-ugly ones)(I have image evidence of the first 8 egglings I obtained, and while Little Lady's egg was found before the vorpa, most of them were found after this vorpa)


There's also this ryori, this other ryori, and this qitari

If I'd CAUGHT the first ryori and the qitari, I wouldn't release them (I have a decent collection of random wild ryori, caught simply because I like ryori, and with his colour set he'd fit right in with some of the others, and I literally have two stable tabs dedicated to pets that have almost pure white or black like that qitari these days)


I wouldn't have bought either of the two ryo or the qit (with them being random Tamed pets), and if I'd bought the sylvorpa she wouldn't be released, she'd be in our 'pets waiting for regeneration' tab (and I have pre-revamp images saved of the 7 sylvorpa we owned prior to their revamp going live on feb. 8th 2015, and not a one of them is her.)

(but yeah, it's the vorpa, being a regennable lv0, who really makes a show of how strange this is- I definitely didn't own her prior to the revamp, but if she were obtained after the revamp via being bought from another player, I wouldn't have released her anyway)


Anyway, yeah, it isn't like it's a real issue or anything I just thought it was... very, very strange?
