This was a one-time thing that I doubt would be repeatable, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

Recently I had friendA retrieve a pet from the wild for me, bought the pet from friendA, set the pet for friendB, and friendB bought the pet from me.

I forgot to mention to friendA that I was gifting the pet to friendB.

FriendA got the notification of the pet being purchased, but it said that B had purchased it from them, and not me. I had also pm'd friendA thanking them for the pet, and got this as a response:

"my computer actually glitched up for a second and showed someone else's name on the purchase notification AND the pet profile so I freaked out for a second but I'm glad you got it!~"


It's... convoluted to put into typed words. Let's just call me the middle-man and say that the coding looked me over when I bought and passed the pet, and said that B bought the pet straight from A who was probably like " O.O oh no I didn't set it to Xav's ID and someone random snagged it!" when, in fact, the only one who bought the pet from A was me. Regardless of what A's notifications decided to say.

(Stupid notification system... I EXIST, DARN YOU!!)

I'm sorry, this is a bit hard to follow.

I would need to see some screenshots of the issue I think in order for me to take a look and figure out what's going on.
