(Here ya go!)

Ilona finished cooking the rabbit she had caught moments earlier. She looked at her horse, then back at the food. It had been a quiet week. She hadn't much to do. There was a loud rustle which disturbed her meal. She quickly draw her sword. Okay buddy, get going or Oran will meet your neck! she yelled angrily. She stood and looked around. This was followed by a frown as a rather large group of people came out of hiding. Darn it she hissed.

As they advanced, each had to cross a shallow river. As soon as they had all stepped into the harmless water, however, one by one they were pulled under. After a few were pulled down it was briefly visible to see a hand and wrist snake out of the water and close around their ankles, one by one until they were all gone. But the water wasn't deep enough for an adult human.. Underneath, the water reflected land like glass, except the free in the reflection was showing off its new decoration of bloody corpses, each one with its eyes and throat gouged out, and their chests torn in a bloody mess. Blood dripped down the grass.. but in the real world there was no blood.. No bodies.. no axe with its blade in the free trunk. And no crimson haired man with blood on his hands and a sickly happy smile.

Ilona watched in confusion then growled. Hey hey! That was supposed to be my kill! she yelled. She walked over to the water. No even one left for me... aww come on! I had this handled! she said. Not even a bit of fear seemed to cross her. She seemed angry, oddly. She hadn't fully processed what had happened. Instead, she stood yelling at the water like she was crazy.

Isaac looked at her as if he'd just noticed she existed. The yelling seemed to have no effect on him, but the fact she wasn't running away screaming for help made him curious enough to take a second look. After a few moments, he had read her lips enough for an amused smile to creep across his face. So Isaac walked up and pulled himself out of the river, coming out of the reflection completely dry. "Sorry miss, I couldn't understand your deranged screams from the other side of the mirro- river." He had almost said mirror, but thankfully corrected himself. " Maybe before you continue your precious little rant, you should look at the tree behind you. " He knew she'd expect the bodies to be hanging there, for the blood to be dropping into the grass. Isaac's eyes pointed with a serene thrill, but it was noticeable that his movements were nervous and jerky, with half of one hand still in the water. The scariest thing was that he had no reflection, and the blood was on his dry clothing even though he should've been soaked.

She looked behind her then at the river. She seemed puzzled. Doesn't change a thing sir! I wanted to kill least one. Those idiots probably thought I was some helpless doll who happened upon a shiny sword. I wanted 'em to feel Oran against their neck and know they made a mistake. she growled. She readjusted her mask and stared him in the eyes. After a few minutes, it finally occurred to her that she was staring at a demon. She was thankful for the mask. If it weren't for it, he might have seen the brief bit of fear cross her face. She stood up.

Isaac tilted his head to the side, a grin widening on his face to reveal sharp fangs. (Out of the reflection he looks like the 2nd image) Before it had seemed like hard muscle drivin into his arms and neck, but now out of the reflection his features were younger, his arms skinny with very little muscle. But the glint in his eyes never changed. "But aren't you just a helpless doll? Your shoulders tensed, missy. You just realized what I am, and your fear shone through his like every human. Mm.. disappointing. " Looking back at the water for a moment, he dryly commented, " Aw hell, I left the axe back there. Guess that'll give you about a minute or so to run for your life. "

Ilona gripped her sword tighter. His words got at her. She wouldn't be running. Run? No. If I can't kill those bandits then might as well get what got them. she said. She took a few steps back so she wasn't near the water. If he wanted at her, he'd have to come out of the safety of the water.

"I'll make sure to put those words on your gravestone, little mortal. But you're not worth chasing, so I'll just have to do this the fun way." He let himself fall back into the river, then stood up within the reflection. The water stopped flowing, falling still. "Have fun trying to fight your own reflection." Isaac hissed though it looked like he mouthed the words, and his figure faded into her reflection, except it didn't move with her, but stayed still and gave her a hungry glare. Calmly walking by itself, it picked up a knife and slashed it's palm, dark red blood dropping down at an alarming rate. But.. It was Ilona's real palm that began to bleed. Grinning darkly, the reflection mouthed "Do you really want to play this game?" And it's lips twisted in the same manner as Isaac's . It held the knife against its throat, pressing down slightly so a light trickle of blood dripped down Ilona's neck.

Ilona shuddered. She closed her eyes then teleported to the other side of the river. She was in a lot of pain, but she did her best to give it no attention. Oh thank god I have you Oran. she mumbled. She fumbled with her shirt, ripping off a peice to cover her bleeding hand. She bit down on her lip then teleported around several more times before teleporting into her tent so she couldn't be seen. Her horse sounded panicked outside. She felt her neck and frowned. Ah... that hurts. she whispered. She looked around then grabbed at a mirror she had in her tent. She smashed it then threw it out of the tent. She stood up and paced a bit. She couldn't hide in here the whole time. That was cowardly. She'd have to figure something out.

Isaac left the safety of the river and slid over to Ilona's poor horse. "Woah now, it's alright." He managed to calm the horse down, rubbing the top of its head with a smile that put angels to shame. In that moment, where he thought Ilona couldn't see. . He was a young man caring for something helpless.
