So i have the stable hand but my pets are all still malnourished, it has been two days since paid gold for the stable hand and still nothing is happening with my pets.

According to your Stable Log, you do not have a sufficient amount of Gold to feed your pets.
Rosemary will help reduce the total cost to feed your pets each day, however, you still need the required amount of Gold for her to feed them.
