One of my Sylesties (Ntapperi) is stuck at level 60. She's about two thousand more than what she needs to get to the next level. Is 60 the highest you can go? If so, how do I continue to earn Proficiency Points?

At the moment, the level is capped at 60. This is because not all the zones have been released for exploration yet, so to avoid pets being overpowered for the newest zones, the level is capped.
The level cap will go up as more zones are released, but it probably won't go up for every single zone that does.

Right now, we have a level cap on. The current level cap is, you guessed it, 60. Until Krin ups the level cap next, there is no way to go up a level on a level-capped sylesti, which then means no way to gain PP. (Unless your Krin yourself, Him with his frickin' level 500 Draeyl...@^@)
