Currently, it is October 27th, 1985. You and a group of other detectives and law enforcement officers from around the state of Maine are sent to investigate a site near Augusta Maine. This site was a place where a satanic cult resided. It was just taken down a week before your arrival. You are meant to stay there as long as possible, your bosses don't want you back until you have enough information.
Be warned, some paranormal activities have been reported by the officers that were here during the raid. The effects the spirits have on the living is; the feeling of intense dread, paranoia, tension, and aggression. The thing is, these spirits are everywhere.
You will have partners, and they will stay with you for the entirety of the trip. Please get along, for you may not be from the same department or race.
Humans:
+ Moderately intelligent.
+ Smallest of the three races.
+ Crafty.
- Weaker than the other two.
- Slowest of the three.
- Not as durable as the Lycans.
Lycans:
+ Strongest of the three.
+ Second fastest.
+ Most durable.
- Mentally weakest of the three.
- Least nimble.
- Stubborn.
Vampires:
+ Smartest of the three.
+ Fastest of the three.
+ Very nimble.
- Least durable.
- Vitamin D is deadly for them.
- Must feed at least every three nights or they will go crazy.
FACTIONS:
(These are made up ^^)
Maine Department of Paranormal Investigation:
Does most of the paranormal and occult ritual investigation, but most at stake of being possessed.
Maine State Department of Homicidal Investigation:
Hence most of the sacrifices were from humans or Vampires they are stuck here as well. Because of how many dead bodies they work with, they are spirit magnets.
Maine State Police department:
These poor things are only here because they are to make sure no one gets hurt. They are hoping to only deal with some rebellious teenagers on an adventure. Mostly Lycans work this job.

Cynthia is a total sweetheart, she is very openminded and helpful. She will get devastated when she finds a dead body, especially if it's of a friend or newly deceased. Cynthia may seem stupid, but she is very strong-minded and will be hard to take down, but she will get herself killed for another.

Gale is typically a quiet person, and doesn't have much to say either, but that's not really the case. His mind is always going and going, he bites his tongue to keep himself out of trouble though. His nerves are easily touched, so beware if you manage to make him loose his temper. He's a bit stiff too, but he can let loose every once and a while. He has a sarcastic and wily side that comes out now and then. Gale used to be a very rebellious child, but one day he just went quiet. He doesn't really like talking about it that much.
