What's the lowest amount I can send to someone in diamonds?
And actually how do I send the diamonds to them???

You can't technically trade diamonds, but you cans till give them to other players. The amount is unlimited (however many you have on your account)
To do this, the person receiving the diamonds should put an offer up in the exchange to sell 1 gold for the amount of diamonds you wish to give them. The eprson giving the diamonds then takes the offer. This si the safest way, since people won't take up an offer for X amount of diamonds sold for 1 gold, whereas most people would jump to buy x amunt of diamonds for 1 gold.

So I could set up and offer for 1 gold and they could just pay me... oh lets say... 13 Diamonds?
