I assuming you're asking about already existing pets?
You can use genetic mutators on capture pets to give them more points. You can buy them in either the scale shop or lesser genetic mutators, or you can find greater genetic mutators in the diamond shop.
If you're asking about how to create pets with more genotype points, there are lots. You can breed, buy, capture, and generate pets. There's a lot of information going in depth on these topics in both the FAQ for newbie forum and several incredible guides this forum!
Also, we're always happy to answer any questions posted on the forums, but in the future try and use the FAQ forum for asking questions! It just makes it so much easier and more organized, and you're questions will be answered quicker since people watch the FAQ for questions!
