It's only have been a couple hours, so there is still a chance someone might join. I suggest being more descriptive of what is the overall setting the role play is taking place. Like what the terrain is, and are there any rival packs. Perhaps lay down some rules, set up the sign up form, put a list of the ranks and the players with those ranks. These are just a couple of suggestions though, I have no experience in starting role plays.
