When exploring, this will come up:
'You see something moving up ahead.
Unsure of what it could be, you cautiously approach it. As you get closer, whatever it is senses you approaching and stops moving.
Jinxie: "What do you think it could be?"
Unsure of what might be lurking ahead, what do you wish to do? {reveal object}{ignore it}'
I have a question....
Is it always an enemy/battle?

it usually is but sometimes it is an abandoned eggling/hatchling

that's because eggling/hatchling encounters are rare and as everything rng, it's random which of the two it picks every time. Think of it being like, 90% chance of battle, 10% baby or something.
