What's the rate to find a themed without perfume of thhemedd

I fon't know the exact odds to find a themmed pet at rendom while exploring but they are extremely low.

I am not speaking about the odds for an egg to be themmed in that amount as they tend to have higher chances from what i got so far. This is mostly due to the fact that there is a lower chances that an egg pop on the map. Releassing pets does help but it is still a rare occurence.
