You can go ahead and tell me where you want to start/her hometown (and give a general description of where it is)
Western island: Siyala
Northern most middle island: Bei
Mid northern middle island: Cuska
Middle middle island: Ibabi
Mid southern middle island: Hebi
Southern middle island: Minami
Eastern island: Eanqa
Some world details:
The largest city is called Sodaina, which is the place most aspiring pokemon beauty competitors aim to compete, and has the largest stadiums with many highrise buildings. It's a large city of beauty, fashion, and constant movement
Lasaitra
A city in the east of the region that produces many accessories for both humans and pokemom. It's known for its amazing clothes and jewelry.

Lets say around the gulf of eaters Eanqa, a town called Mazraea, which has lots of various types of farms

Okay, here we go.
Its been Boring in Mazraea recently, as a small farming town, not much goes on. Im the next town over, however, youve caught wind of the fact that the famous Pokmon competitor Lilura was hosting her first competition, mostly to scout new talent, but it would still be a great opportunity to get started on your journey

Lilliana rushed home the a little slip of paper in her hand, and a bag full of treats and fabric from the small shops in town, slung across her shoulder as she dashed in heading straight to her room where Rose and Avery were. " I got big News Guys! we are going to compete in our first competition!" she exclaimed excitedly tossing the bag on her bed.
( Do you want to play as Avery and Rose or how do you want those handled? also.... super late reply sorry between work and family i got a little busy ^^)

(You can RP your own pokemon if you'd like to, but I'll roleplay them if you'd like me to, don't worry too much about time, I have a lot going on this summer too)
The slip of papers tell you the theme is going to be 'big city' and the exact address. You'd have to hurry to get ready since it might take a while to prepare and the competition was in 2 days.

(I think it would be a blast if you would RP them, they are simple. Avery is a small but strong little guy who dosen't like being called cute, and Rose is the exact opposite, but she is a powerhouse when it comes to battles XD )
Lilly was Beaming with excitement as she thought of how to portray the big City. It had been a while since she had visited her parents work, which was the closest thing to big city that she knew, but she had managed to pick up some sparkly black fabric in the shop this afternoon with her allowance from the past month. "So Avery..... Bowie or a Vest? and don't worry you'll look super manly in either one!" she chuckled holding up the fabric with a bright smile

Avery looked at the fabric, his ears twitched in consideration, then nuzzled his icy white coat, trying to tell Lilly that he wanted a vest, and yipped excitedly, puffing out his chest. Rose was lounging out on Lilly's bed, yawning, but still clearly excited as she waited for her turn to get an outfit.

"Vest it is!" Lilly piped before turning to rose with the fabric still in hand " Skirt and bow, or a little dress?" she questioned pulling out a bow and one of her own dresses to also alter, laying them on the bed for Rose to chose. She had sewn before, her grandmother had taught her and she had made some patterns special for Avery and Rose, in fact she was fairly good at it and knew the two little out fits would only take her a couple of hours or so with the patterns.
