I've taken a long break, and am curious if there's a pricing guide or anything? I have a bunch of old stuff that I can't find on the broker and am curious how much they are. Help with any of the following is much appreciated.

Tranquility's protector - Non-tradeable item... so no price attached.
Heavenly nebula shard staff - It was, originally, classified as a fest item from waaaaay long ago. Krin recently (within the past yearish or so) put it under forum game item where it should have been. They were rare when they were released and they're still rare now. I wouldn't expect to see one for under 1 mil at least. Currently the only way to get one is win (or buy) a choose-your-own-forum-game-item prize. These prizes can be sold for around 2-4mil depending on how many bidders there are vying for it.
Lovely dragon staff of hearts - Very rare. Only available very rarely from the week of love's retired chests. I honestly NEVER see these sold. Guessing 500k-1mil to the right buyer.

Outfit:
Cute lass dress - 100k-200k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.
Lover's outfit - 100k-200k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.
Robes of the frost witch - 100k-200k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.
Winter faun's outfit - 250k-400k. Rereleased every winter in the retired chests but people love them so it's rare to see them for sale. Personally wouldn't think they're rare enough to put a half mil price tag on but I could see one being bought for that by the right buyer.
Reindeer costume - 100k-200k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.
Frozen plate armor of the warlord - <50k They're common from the winter retired chests. Once winter fest rolls around they'll pop up like daisies again.

Head:
Sylestia's 1st anniversary party hat - Very common at time of release but have not been rereleased so they're pretty rare nowadays. Not a common item to see sold or to see buyers for, though. Last time I saw someone buying it was for 1milish but I think that's a case by case basis.
Bell bow - 50k-150k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.

Wings:
Snow swan wings - 250k-400k. Rare but not by too much. This is a well-liked item, though, so it can be tough to convince people to sell. You can usually see a few for sale during winter fest.

Back:
Celebration confetti - <50k. Common.
Falling hearts - 250k-400k. Pretty rare. You see a couple pop up during the week of love but not very often any other time.
Falling rose petals - 250k-500k. Honestly pretty darn rare. They're from the week of love retired chests and I almost never see them for sale. You could probably sell for more to the right buyer. An item it might be better to auction off than to straight sell because people seem to like them a lot.
Birch forest background - 50k-150k. They're rereleased enough that there's a fair number out there.
Brown turkey feathers - 50k. Not terribly common but they're not an item that people like to buy.

I'd probably be willing to part with the heavenly staff and rose petals of those 4 currently. I'm just not 100% on the dragon staff or faun outfit, I like those ones lol. But yeah, feel free to message about the heavenly staff and rose petals, I don't think I'll ever use them.

Yea, if I you like them I recommend not selling them. The dragon staff is rare enough that you're unlikely to ever find another one.
