So, I have a friend who begged me to join her band.
We started talking about what we wanted our dynamic to be and all that fun stuff but then all of a sudden she changed her mind and now argues constantly.
Has anyone had a band member like this? How do I deal with this?

Probably sitting down and having a conversation about what's going on with your friend and about the whole purpose of being in a band together. Hopefully you both will eventually reach an agreement.
What is she arguing about? Was she always like that before?
