Another newb questions from me

How do I sell items I don't need? Is there a user shop feature? Trying to work out my way around the site still XD Thanks!

In your inventory, you have the option of selling back to the system the item at it's sellback value, by rightclicking it and then Sell Item(s).

Or, if you want to put it up on the Trade Broker for others to possibly buy it, you click the item and Broker Item, and you can see all the info about it about what was their high price, low price, etc etc. c:

Oh gee... I must be blind... Another question though, where can I get good wearables from? Shops around the towns?

You can get good equips in towns if you build up enough rep to buy them from the town hall, but the good stuff drops off event mobs.
If you've been around long enough to take part of an area raid, which displays at the top of the screen below the announcement bar, those guys will be tough but reward you well!

Also doing missions will sometimes bring in good stuff like consumables and equips.

Of course doing dungeons will drop stuff with good stats when you finish mini-bosses.
