What if you could pay gold to become an apprentice of a healer, or something. then, after a month or two, or whenever your apprenticeships ends, you would be a level healer. then at your farm you could grow herbs for potions and create them. As you do another month apprenticeship, you can do more things in that craft and make more things. When you are fully done, you can apprentice others. But they have to pay you for each month they take.
