Dawn had been clawing at the cave floor, and eventually broke into a hole and escaped with storm, the other dragons were about to let them leave anyways

Cinder laid in the dark of the cave, blending the lighter parts of her scales into the darkness. She played with her awkwardly curls tail, signing as her brain traveled elsewhere.

Ocean was by the opening playing with two rock she found she was pushing them together with out her animus power

glade wakes up in his hut in the kingdom of sand he lives in The Scorpion Den just like all the other hybrids
he yawns and streches for the day he and his mom don't have alot of money they make the money they need to eat they never go hungry his mother is ill and in healing at the docter he sells necklaces made from shark teeth near the coast and pouches from animal skins for a living his mother makes capes and earings for a living

Jewel was flying beside Rose and she turned to look at her sister. Her sister's pale scales glinted in the sunlight and Jewel grinned, showing her teeth. Rose opened her jaws to say something that sounded like, "Jewel, look-"
Jewel crashed into another dragon. She turned to the dragon, flattening her ears. "I'm so sorry!"

Jewel nodded, touching her talons to her head and groaning quietly. Rose flew up and said, "she gets headaches sometimes. This is Jewel and I'm Rose. You are?"
