Before Puck could even speak, Titania rose and stabbed a glare of pure poison at Claire. "We do not need the little wretch, husband. Send her back to the mortal world she is so fond of."

She stopd in silence, staring right back at her with no expression.

"Sit down. I wasnt finished."

The look on Titanias face was as priceless as it was terrifying.

She watched Titania with a bored expression before looking back up at him.

The Erlking was silent a moment, his green eyes blank and mirrorlike, reflecting nothing. Then, he smiled, very faintly, and nodded once. Titania made a strangled noise of rage and stalked out of the clearing. "Goodfellow is free to return to Faery as he pleases," Oberon said with a brief glance at Puck. "Though I am certain he will do something else that will raise my ire in the next century or two." Puck gave Oberon an innocent look. The Erlking did not seem appeased. "However," he continued, "I am not the one who issued Prince Ashs exile. You will have to take that up with the Winter Queen."

She glances over at Ash.

Ash moved closer, putting a hand on her arm. "You dont have to confront Mab on my account."

"She shrugs, "Its fine, I dont mind."

"Mab is in the Winter camp," Oberon said, after a long, piercing stare at Ash. "There is a war council tonight, daughter, between all the generals of Summer and Winter. It would do well for you to attend."

She nods, glancing over at Puck.
