Maybe this is silly, but here it goes. I spent a few hours farming clicks on hatchlings and egglings for scales, and I have a little over 500 now. I'm all but ready to buy my first egg. What do you guys think? Should I get a particular colour or price? Should I keep clicking? What should I name my new little one?

Scale shop eggs have more TP the higher the price- eggs under 500 scales hatch into 1TP (1 carry) pets.

All colours on scale shop eggs are completely random (the only ones you can tell in advance are the c2 and c3 colours, which are the two that show on the egg itself.

Personal opinion, I'd suggest saving up even further. Try for an egg that's 1900+ scales for a legendary pet, which will be a lot more special then a pet below that, since catching a legendary in the wild would take a master snare. Hold off on naming until you know what the pet is/maybe what you want to do with it. Colors can always be changed with pet dyes, so I don't personally think color matters too much.
