I encountered the design posted directly above on exactly December 30 during the Winter Festival. I tried to trap her but she fled when my trap failed, so I saved the design to the generator and generated Galileo, Galilea, Titus, and Astrid(Galileo and Galilea are already adults, by the way. I just generated Titus and Astrid, so I gotta wait for them to grow up before I start breeding Astrid with Galileo and Titus with Galilea) to try and breed her.
Here are Galileo and Galilea, they both have carried Galaxy Sprite and Petal Wreath.

They're probably got carried, or not even passed down, Having a vis child from a vis and carried is slim
Get it genetically tested (they might be able to pass on those carried traits)

all four of them are regular generated, so they don't have any hidden carries, or normal carries(except Galileo and Galilea)

They might have kids that have a vis (very low) and they might have a carried kids (more likly) and the most likely is no traits
