im try to change clothes but it says im wearing them already

If you use an outfit, it overrides your Clothing.

how do you stop warring the outfit?

Just unselect it (click on it again).

Go to Account > Wardrobe.

Then click on the "Items" tab.

Then click on "Outfits" sub section.

Then find the box highlighted in green. Click on it. The green should go away.

Then click "Save Loaded Outfit".
