So frusterating wanting to buy 400 for usd and no option for anything lower than 500

If you need 400 diamonds you can simply buy it off the currency exchange. Having a lower quantities of diamonds for lower prices doesn't really have a benefit to the game. If you really need it, buy the diamonds you need, and use the 400 then you can sell the rest. It's not really that hard. I just don't see why this is needed.
