I see the Past, Present and Future Do you?
The future progressed faster than imagined and with it, technology advanced rapidly to fix the worlds problems. Humans are no longer humans, but cybernetic machines that function a normal day. There is little need for jobs and there is a new government system, a mix of communism and capitalism. It works, meaning depending on the job status you got after attending school determines your pay.
Chemicals and cybernetic waxworms eat through the plastic islands that were in the ocean; a sky vulcan laser and on land tokamak utilize enough solar energy for a billion years. Some call it a boring utopia, but many more difficulty have come around. Old cultures have dissipated completely.
Along it, magic. Anyone who practices magic is persecuted, they are deemed sub-human. There is only one school where those who can do magic may go; Skylar Academy. A large technological city, where every moment is tracked on school badges. Some cyborgs attend here too.
This is a war; Past vs Future.
Let it is peace.
Those competing don't know what's at stake, or their opponents, only they are not walking lone in the streets.The Hunter's Guild is led by the Heir of Luxuriough, the new country that took power after WW3. It owns most of central Europe and most of America apart from Canada. The French Isles has seen the combination of France and Britain, while Japan has taken over some of it's past Asian territories and becoming the most prospering economy. Ex-Soviet Union states have been slowly eating away at Russia, so now the territory is shared into lots of little states, and Africa has found unity within it's four new parts.
The Magic stowaways hide out around the world, in a major group called the Sorcerer's Republic or SR.
This is the Present, the Past is fighting back, and the Future is unstable.

He's very friendly and outgoing, he loves talking and is against being alone. He's one of those people who you can't help but smile at and he dislikes people pitying him. He gets it often. He may pretend to be happy even when he's sad and is very good at hiding negative emotions to the point where it may seem rude. He just doesn't want to discourage his team mates. He cares for them over anything, although he isn't one to make harsh decision. As long as he isn't close to them, he will use others as pawns.
Although he adores being teased and fussed over, he will go red and feel embarrassed, especially if he feels he is burdening his team mates. He despises when people look at his with pity, as it feels like their stares are boring into him. He hates being left alone, abandoned in the hospital to have more painful tests on him. The loneliness gets to him severely.
He adores rabbits can has a toy one by the side of his hospital bed.
||Background||
He is the cousin of a CEO of a Japanese car company, meaning he does have some high ranking, but was abandoned by his family after he received his wounds. They have given him a "life plan" to marry someone off to him so there can be a money link. He doesn't particularly mind this.
His life threatening condition is from a fight against a mage, who crushed several of his bones and gorged out his eyes, leaving him for dead and thrown in front of a train. Meliodas barely survived this for not his extreme mechanical parts, and he wants revenge.. bad. So the mage doesn't hurt anyone else.

He can create a barrier surrounding a meter around him, a sphere of perfect air and practically impentrable. It is called Arius Lotus. It is actually concentrated light beams making a circle.

His wheelchair.
There are four "arms" attached to his wheelchair which mean he can move, like this picture and this picture they can use the two extra arms as explosive fire guns, although using this can be reckless as he can't see. They're a last resort, as they'll kill them along with them.

He's a good thinker and planner, he can see small things in the future. Such as what he'll be eating tomorrow night, encase he needs to pretend to be asleep because of others cooking skills. He is good at keeping the spirits high and is the most joyful. He is also very good at hiding pain.
He is good at board games, being a particularly adept chess master. He can also gamble.. although he keeps that a secret.

She has a no mercy attitude, she will not hesitate to kill. She often keeps her word and stays quiet, observing, although she will put her point in and justify everything she decides to do. She has great power and will eliminate anyone who speaks against her. She doesn't grasp the concept of emotions very easily, but tends to be good at speaking to those who sees as an equal level to her intelligence wise. If she doesn't wish to, she will not do something. She is almost always, and loves, being in control, even if it sees like she is not.
||Background||
She is the first daughter and heir to the throne of a new country that was made, taking over most of Central Europe apart from France in the Third World War. She holds this title to the extreme and basks in unlimited cash, although she knows her rights and duties.
She formed the Hunters Guild right after the War, since some countries were using mages and they were a chaotic trouble. The King, her father, exiled and punished them all. She know works on ridding the World of these "low lives".

She has wings that are made of razor sharp blades.

She is extremely skilled at gambling, by manipulating and possibly even cheating. Her fighting is unmatched and she is extremely good at it, preferring to be offensive than defensive.
||Struggles at||
She can struggle at defense, although she has few flaws apart from being average at other things. She left side is surprisingly weaker than her right, but she does well to cover it.

Extremely laid back and care-free. She often takes nothing seriously and is lying down with her feet up. She often criticizes how serious some people take the work. She's never up for doing much as is lazy, preferring to make slaves do her dirty work. She is often misjudged and is surprisingly strong.. and rather insane. She has a collection of nails that she takes from her victims and paints different colours. She has a love for seeing pain. It's quite hard to see what's truly on her face though. She hates being challenges, or anything even suggesting she should retire or leave.

She comes from a rich trading family that owns a seafaring business and rakes in profit. As the youngest of three children, she got bored and left to join the Hunter's Guild.

Her magic is the ability to steal magic from the hearts of those she has killed and put the power into a catalyst, whether human or object. She can do this by putting it into a chemical mixture and plotting the technological nanoparticles to create a replica, which she can engrave into something.
Her particular favourite is the one in the pipe, a purple sleeping smoke, anyone who inhales it falls asleep.

She also has a ring on her sleeve that acts as a compass towards the nearest magical person, although it can also be tech magic.

She's trained at most things, but is particularly skilled and parkour and climbing, enjoying to be high up. Other than that, she's pretty average.

She tends to get a bit too into things, sometimes getting hurt on purpose or prolonging a fight to see more suffering. She's a bit.. insane basically.

Extremely childish and playful. She just wants to have fun and is always laughing at the things around her. She is very bubbly most of the time and acts like a sweet, subservient being who adores flowers and all tings cute. However, if you upset her, she'll start bawling her eyes out and then do anything in her power to destroy whoever hurt her.

She was the "house-pet" of a rich family, but for some unknown reason Lillia showed interest in her and paid off all the debts her family had, making her a free girl in exchange for coming to work in the Hunter's Guild. She worked hard and got some of the latest prototype technology.

Extremely serious. He is judgmental and cold, only caring about himself rising to the top at walking the high road. He calculates every step and throws away pawns like rubbish. He does harsh calculations and works off of them, thinking maths is the basis for everything. He looks down on his older brother.

Was pampered by his rich family and promised he would becoming the accounting minister for Canada, bringing in a fortune. He grew up with affection and permission to treat his older brother like he would treat his current day pawns: lower than him.

He is a massive flirt and pretty laid back most of the time. He has a boastful, egotistical personality that often lands him in trouble. He believes he is beautiful and unresistable, a charm to stare at. He's also silver toungued and very good at talking to people, finding himself a natural at it.

He comes from a town in past-Germany and had to escape due to using magic when people came hunting for them. He now hides out and moves around nomadicly, mainly preaching.

Leto will start off acting very shy and quiet, hiding behind things or anyone she knows to try and get away with no talking. She often doesn't put anything out there. She won't trust people until she sees they're humanish, then will trust them. Her loyalty will build up until she is completely loyal and follows that persons every order, as long as they are caring and nice to her.
Leto isn't completely shy and does have a playful, mischievous side. She is very good at savagery and isn't scared to annihilate someone with words, although it often slips out by accident. She is always honest and struggles with lying, but never regrets her actions or rarely does. She is reasonably religious but doesn't believe all things in her religion. She also adores fluffy, cute things.
Her fighting style is up close and often mirror style. She will never speak while fighting. If the other person if offensive, so is she, if they are defensive, so is she. She is close combat and agile, but also partially a tank. While she is relentless, she can only take a lot of damage due to adrenaline. When she calms down and the battles over, she is often left in a state much worse than anyone who would have normally received those wounds.
||Background||
She lived with a herd called Azalea that often went along ice and snow tracked hills. Due to this, she is good at surviving in the cold and starts to struggle at 10 degrees heat, but she can make it to 20 degrees without collapsing. The same goes with the snow, as she is used to the arctic climate, her eyes aren't affected by extreme light such as staring into the sun, however she can't look at a lot of the colour black for long. She can just about manage dusk, but after that it gets hard for her. She can't look at the night sky, for example.
The Azalea herd was enemies with the Herivon herd, and they didn't fight physically very often, it was often a lot of resentment and catching each other out for the death row. The Azalea herd was very stubborn and traditional in their ways, keeping their heads up and pride high. if they were to do anything, it must be with the upmost regard of not getting caught. However, they weren't snobbish.
She loves condensed milk, kisel and strawberries. Sweet fruits in general. She adores affection and being the centre of attention. She finds love in watching performing arts, especially circus ones. She likes stories being told to her and is particularly fond of herd animals over all animals. And red pandas. She likes soft things such as silk as well.
She dislikes the warmth and fire, as long as she's close to it. She can deal with fire if she's at a distance. She dislikes anyone who's overly brash or obnoxious. She also can't stand spicy things.
She is scared of chickens and the dangerous people from folklore - she is very easy to scare into submission.
