I've been really needing a regenable male Ny'Vene. So, I though I'd use the advanced search, but it turns out, there's no option to search for a regenable pet.

This has been suggested quite a few times already - I recommend that you check the other suggestion threads to make sure you are not posting a repeat.
If you are still seeking regens, while Advanced Search does not have that as an option, what you can do is set all the trait selections to Nothing. If you set the prices to 50k+ (I believe that is the lowest they go for?), that can narrow the search even further.
